Christian County’s Landon Hunt had a nine over par 81 in the first round of the Boys KHSAA State Tournament at Bowling Green Country Club on Friday. Addison Whalen of Dawson Springs had a seven over 79 on the individual side which is led by Matthew Troutman of Christian Academy-Louisville with a four under par 68.
Christian Academy-Louisville leads the team competition at nine over par, one shot better than Madison Central. Greenwood is third at 11 over par with 2nd region representative Madisonville last in the team competition at 64 over. The Maroons are led by Jackson Hill who fired a three over 75. The final round is today.
