Princeton’s Emma Talley had a three over 74 in the first round of the LPGA Tour’s Cognizant Founders Cup Thursday in West Caldwell, NJ. Jin Young Ko at eight under has a three shot lead on Sandra Gal heading into today’s second round.
Sung Kang is the leader after round one of the PGA Tour’s Shriners Children’s Open in Las Vegas. Kang shot a 10 under 61 Thursday. Sungjae Im, Charley Hoffman, and Chad Ramey are all tied for second at eight-under. Nashville’s Brandt Snedeker is at three under.
