The Clarksville Police Department is investigating a hit-and-run vehicle versus pedestrian collision that occurred on the 101st Airborne Division Parkway.
According to a news release, the incident occurred around midnight Tuesday night when a 29-year-old male victim was struck by a vehicle while walking east on the 101st near Whitfield Road. He was transported to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, where he is listed in critical but stable condition.
The suspected vehicle, described as a white Toyota Avalon, was not found—anyone with information on the incident is asked to call Clarksville Crime Stoppers at 931-645-TIPS.
