Indianapolis Colts quarterback Carson Wentz didn’t practice yesterday as they continue preparations for Sunday’s game at the Tennessee Titans. Wentz has sprains in both ankles and his status for the game is still uncertain.

Rookie quarterback Justin Fields is getting the start for the Chicago Bears this week with Andy Dalton out with a left knee injury. Fields was drafted 11th overall by the Bears out of Ohio State in the 2021 NFL draft. The Bears visit the Cleveland Browns Sunday.

The Miami Dolphins ruled out Tua Tagovailoa for Sunday’s game against the Las Vegas Raiders as he’s dealing with fractured ribs. Dolphins head coach Brian Flores said the QB is “day-to-day and week-to-week” and didn’t specify if Tagovailoa would be placed on the injured reserve. Jacoby Brissett will start under center for Miami, with Reid Sinnett being called up from the practice squad to serve as his backup.

Week Three kicks off tonight in Houston as the Texans, 1-1 on the season welcome the undefeated Carolina Panthers, off to a 2-0 start.
