A two-vehicle crash Friday on East Ninth Street in Hopkinsville injured a local woman.
The collision report from HPD says 25-year-old Kyreisha Williams of Hopkinsville was attempting to turn from East 10th onto Ninth and she drove directly into the path of an eastbound pickup driven by 38-year-old Lee Choate of Princeton.
Willliams told police that another motorist waved her into the intersection.
Williams was taken by EMS to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for shoulder pain and Choate was not hurt.
