A car reported stolen earlier this week on Lindsey Drive was recovered Wednesday night on East 21st Street and two men who ran from the vehicle got away.
Hopkinsville police located the white 2015 Nissan Altima near the James Village Apartments and two men ran from the vehicle into a wood line, evading police.
As previously reported, the keys had been left inside the car when it was stolen sometime Monday night or Tuesday morning in the 2700 block of Lindsey.
