The Trigg County Coroner has identified the victim killed in a single-vehicle accident on Powerline Drive in Cadiz on Wednesday.
According to a news release, Deputy Coroner Matthew Phillips responded to the collision in the 200 block of Powerline and pronounced 40-year-old Marcus Tyler of Cadiz deceased at the scene of the accident.
The collision is under investigation by the Trigg County Coroner’s Office and Cadiz Police Department. The Coroner’s Office was assisted on the scene by Trigg County EMS, Trigg County Rescue, Trigg County Emergency Management, Cadiz Police Department, and the Cadiz Fire Department.
