Assistant Todd County Attorney Ken Dillingham has retired and Mark Collins has been hired as his replacement.
Todd County Attorney Jeff Traughber made the announcement during Friday’s Todd Fiscal Court meeting. Collins formerly served as assistant county attorney under former County Attorney Mac Johns and he ran an unsuccessful campaign against Traughber in the 2018 election.
Meanwhile, County Clerk Cindy O’Bryan only received one bid from Harp Enterprises for new voting equipment. Magistrates asked her to come back with a recommendation from the Todd County Board of Elections and an assurance from the state that there will be at least partial reimbursement.
