A Logan County man was arrested following a pursuit Sunday.
Logan County Sheriff’s Deputy Jason Brent attempted to stop 33-year-old Joshua Dearing of Auburn for speeding on Plainview Church Road, but Dearing allegedly drove off the road and fled on foot.
He was soon caught by Deputy Brent and arrested for fleeing or evading police, DUI, possession of meth, driving on a suspended license, possession of drug paraphernalia and other counts.
