Patrick Cantlay closed out the FedEx Cup Playoffs with a win after taking the Tour Championship at East Lake Golf Club in Atlanta. With the win, the 29-year-old netted 15-million-dollars. Cantlay shot a 69 in the final round to finish the tournament 21-under. Jon Rahm finished second, one shot behind Cantlay, and earned five-million-dollars for his efforts. Kevin Na finished in third place at 16-under while Louisville area native Justin Thomas shot 15-under to finish in fourth. To close out the top-five were Xander Schauffele and Viktor Hovland after they finished the tournament tied at 14-under.
