ESPN reported Friday night BYU, Houston, Central Florida and Cincinnati are expected to submit applications to join the Big 12 next week. The schools could be approved to join the league as early as a September 10th meeting of Big 12 presidents. Big 12 commissioner Bob Bowlsby declined comment Friday.
