The man sought for questioning in connection with the Saturday morning shooting deaths of two people on Peach Street has been located.
Christian County Sheriff’s Major Jason Newby said Tuesday afternoon that 31-year-old Anthony Gaines had been located. He was arrested in Montgomery County by the Clarksville Police Department.
Gaines was sought on warrants for wanton endangerment, theft and failure to appear in court.
Police also called him a person of interest sought for questioning in connection with the Saturday morning shooting deaths of Kierra Wallace and George Gomez just before 8 a.m. Saturday at 90 Peach Street.
