Five people were killed in an accident involving a tractor-trailer and a passenger vehicle Monday in McCracken County.
The McCracken County Sheriff’s Office investigated and determined 23-year-old Monica Jewell of LaCenter was exiting the driveway of a business on Clarks River Road and drove into the path of an eastbound semi operated by 45-year-old Frank Holland of Paducah.
The broadside collision killed Jewell and her four passengers—26-year-old Trevor Doom of LaCenter, 44-year-old Eddie Knight of Eddyville, 14-year-old Alexander Hudson of Marion and 54-year-old Linda Young of Marion.
