Fire damaged a home on Sanderson Drive Monday night.
Hopkinsville firefighters were called to 110 Sanderson about 9 p.m. and Public Information Officer Payton Rogers says they found flames coming from the back side of the house and heavy smoke coming from the structure.
Everyone evacuated safely and there were no injuries.
An electrical malfunction is suspected as the cause of the blaze, but it remains under investigation.
The American Red Cross was called to assist the displaced family.
