Three people were injured and two dogs were killed in a house fire Monday morning in Clarksville.
Firefighters were called to a home on Singletree Drive about 5:45 a.m. and found flames coming from the roof, according to the Clarksville Fire Department.
Some family members escaped by climbing out of a second-story window.
Three people suffered burns and one had to be flown by helicopter to Vanderbilt University Medical Center, while the other two were taken by EMS to Tennova Health Hospital in Clarksville.
The two dogs died from smoke inhalation and cause of the fire is under investigation.
Officials say the home is a total loss and six residents are displaced, with the American Red Cross assisting that family.
