The Christian County Public School System will now require all teachers and staff to wear masks when at school or work.
The facial covering mandate for teachers and staff is due to an uptick in new COVID cases—according to a statement from District Spokesperson John Rittenhouse.
A recommendation to wear a mask will remain in place for students in Christian County schools when the new year begins August 11.
