The next Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Movies in the Park event is taking place this Friday and they’ll be showing Finding Dory.
Superintendent Tab Brockman and Event Coordinator Toby Hudson appeared on WHOP Wednesday, saying the Movies in the Park series continues Friday at Ruff Park, with the movie to begin about dark.
There will be food trucks on site, and people will have the option of sitting on the grass, or listening to the movie through their car radio, getting the full drive-in movie experience.
The event is free to attend. This series will continue all the way into November this year, with that one to take place inside at the Hopkinsville Sportsplex. For more information about up coming movies and events, follow the Hopkinsville Parks and Recreation Facebook page.
