Todd County is experiencing its first monthly increase in new COVID-19 cases since April and the health department reported 10 new cases there Monday.
They are six adults and four minors—all isolating at home with varying symptoms—including two adults with underlying health conditions who have moderate to severe or severe syptoms.
There are now 18 active cases in Todd County after that number got down to zero a few weeks ago and all of those patients are currently at home.
Meanwhile, the Pennyrile District Health Department reported eight new cases in Trigg County since Friday. They are five adults and three minors between the ages of two and 39 and they are all isolating at home.
