A Webster County resident was injured in a two-vehicle accident Sunday afternoon in Madisonville.
It happened just after 3 p.m. at the intersection of Nebo Road and West Noel Avenue, according to a news release from Madisonville police, which says 69-year-old Steven Ray of Madisonville attempted to turn left onto Nebo from Noel and collided with the driver’s side door of a northbound automobile on Nebo Road driven by 55-year-old Terri Peyton of Providence.
Peyton was taken by EMS to Baptist Health Hospital in Madisonville for treatment of injuries and Ray and his passenger were not hurt.
