The Hopkins County Health Department reported 97 new cases of COVID-19 in the last week, along with two new COVID-19 related deaths.
According to health department officials, COVID-19 numbers are greatly increased and puts the overall total since the pandemic began there at 4,770. Of that, 4,402 people have recovered from the virus and there have now been a total of 152 COVID related deaths.
