The two Christian County men facing charges of second-degree manslaughter were arraigned in Christian Circuit Court Wednesday afternoon.

Josh Long and Seth Henderson both appeared virtually before Judge Andrew Self, who entered not guilty pleas on their behalf and appointed the Department of Public Advocacy to represent them.  Judge Self informed both that they can chose to retain a private lawyer if they so wish.

He set a pretrial hearing for August 4 at 1 p.m., saying they should expect to see someone soon who will discuss their case with them.

Long and Henderson are accused of selling narcotics to 23-year old Corbin Bowling of Crofton, who would reportedly die of a drug overdose in January.  Both men remain in the Christian County Jail on $30,000 bonds.
