Noah Brown’s fielder’s choice and a throwing error by Dubois County first baseman Mason White brought home BJ Banyon with the winning run in the bottom of the ninth inning as the Hoptown Hoppers edged Dubois County 2-1. Brown had two hits in the game with Landon Choboy having three of the Hoppers seven hits. Price Watson in relief of starter Colby Downard got the pitching win for the Hoppers now 15-13. The Hoppers are back in action tonight at Madisonville.
