Pandemic delayed Tokyo Olympics to have no fans due to Covid issues

No fans will be allowed to attend events at the Tokyo Olympics beginning July 23rd. Officials announced today the declaration of a new emergency due to Covid-19 that goes into effect Monday and will last through August 22nd. The Tokyo games conclude August 8th. The Tokyo Olympics were postponed last year due to the pandemic.
