Several arrested on meth, gun charges following raid at Greenville Road home

The Christian County Sheriff’s Office executed a search warrant at a home on Greenville Road Monday morning, leading to several arrests on drug and gun charges.

An arrest citation for 41-year old David Phillips of Hopkinsville says he was found to be in possession of a handgun and methamphetamine in his bedroom at 4255 Greenville Road.

A suspected meth lab was found outside the home buried in the ground, according to the report.

Phillips was arrested and charged with trafficking in meth, manufacturing meth, possession of a handgun by a convicted felon and receiving a stolen firearm. Police say two more guns were found in the home and one had been reported stolen in Michigan.

Others at the home—34-year old Jamie Bailey, 68-year old Matthew Jones, 51-year old Kitty Shadrick, 76-year old Thelma Mollicone and 45-year old Curry Hopper of Hopkinsville and 40-year old Shinaka Cooper of Crofton—were all arrested for possession of meth.
