The Western Kentucky State Fair continues Monday with monster trucks, another pageant and more family fun.
Sunday’s fair attendance was 4,600, bringing the three day total to 16,850—well ahead of 2019’s first three-day attendance figure of 8,724.
Monster trucks return to the grandstand for the first time in many years at 7 p.m. and tickets will be $15, or you can buy a combo ticket for $17 at the gate when you come into the fair.
The Ms. Plus pageants begin at 7 in the air-conditioned convention center and there will be two events—one pageant for ladies 16 to 29 and one for contestants 30 and older.
Youngsters will get their turn with the pedal pulls in front of the convention center at 6:30 and the 4H/FFA rabbit show is scheduled for 6 p.m.
Gates open to the fair at 4 and rides begin at 5, with a $20 arm band getting you unlimited rides.
