Fort Campbell has announced changes of command in its hospital and garrison units.
Garrison Commander Col. Jeremy Bell will relinquish power to Col. Andrew Jordan during a ceremony Monday morning at 10 at Wilson Theater on post.
Col. Bell arrived at Fort Campbell in July of 2019 and was commissioned as an Armor officer in 1997 from the United States Military Academy.
Col. Jordan previously served as garrison commander at Fort A.P. Hill in Virginia.
Meanwhile, Blanchfield Army Community Hospital Commander Col. Patrick Birchifield will hand over control of the facility to Col. Vincent Myers during a ceremony Monday on post. Col. Birchfield has overseen BACH’s COVID-19 response and has been instrumental in the pandemic planning and response on post.
Col. Myers previously served as commander of McDonald Army Health Center at Fort Eustis, Virginia.
