A Trenton man was injured in a pickup versus tractor crash Thursday afternoon on US 41 north of Trenton in Todd County.
Deputy Mitch Frazier investigated and determined a southbound pickup operated by 52-year old Emanuel Wilson of Trenton was southbound and crossed the center line, striking a northbound tractor driven by 24-year old Larry Yoder of Guthrie on the passenger-side rear tires.
Wilson’s pickup caught fire and the dual tires detached from the tractor.
Sheriff Tracy White says Wilson was transported to Jennie Stuart Medical Center for treatment of injuries and he is suspected to have been driving while impaired by alcohol.
Yoder did not require a trip to the hospital.
