A man who allegedly provided Fentanyl to woman who overdosed and died in 2019 in Clarksville has been indicted and arrested for murder.
Clarksville police say John Vandal has been charged with second-degree homicide.
Vandal allegedly provided the drugs to the 28-year old woman hours before she died from an overdose in 2019.
