Hoppers walked off 10-9 at Fulton

For the ninth time in 10 games played through last night, the Hoptown Hoppers had either given up the first run or trailed by multiple runs in a game. They gave up five runs to Fulton in the bottom of the first and after rallying back, fell to the Railroaders 10-9. Parker Estes hit a walk off home run in the bottom of the ninth for Fulton. Alex Gonzales, Zayd Brannigan and BJ Banyon each had two hits in defeat, with Chase Gruno in relief of starter Drew Leach taking the pitching loss. The Hoppers are now 7-4 as they conclude the current three game road trip tonight at Paducah.
