The Hoptown Hoppers used a four run third inning in downing the Henderson Flash last night 5-2 at Colonel Field. Jake Parr and Tanner Holliman had back to back run scoring doubles in the third. Hoptown was held to just five hits with Colby Downard in relief of Drew Leach getting the pitching win. Downard gave up no runs on two hits and struck out six in three innings. The Hoppers are now 3-2 as they head to Henderson to conclude the series tonight.
