The Western Kentucky State Fair will return this month after a year off due to the pandemic and contestants are needed for the Miss Western Kentucky State Fair pageant.
Carolyn Ann Cobb is a longtime organizer of the competition and says girls between the ages of 15 and 22 can pick up an application at Planters Bank and the deadline is June 21.
The competition is on the evening of Saturday, June 26 and Cobb says the winner will advance to a state pageant.
Applications are also available on the Western Kentucky State Fair website for all of the pageants.
