The positivity rate continues to drop in Kentucky, with the governor reporting 614 new cases of COVID-19 Tuesday.
The new numbers come after a delay in case numbers reporting and puts the overall total in the state at 461,119—the positivity rate dropped to 2.12 percent, the lowest is has been in many months. There were six newly reported deaths, putting the death toll at 7,109.
There are currently 273 Kentuckians in the hospital with coronavirus, 80 in the ICU and 40 on a ventilator.
Christian County is labelled as ‘yellow’ on the state incidence rate map, Todd is back ‘orange’ and Trigg County has reclaimed the ‘green’ designation.
