Three people were injured in a two-vehicle accident Friday night on US 68 in Logan County.
The Logan County Sheriff’s Office investigated and determined 24-year old Xavier Granger of Russellville was approaching Malone Road just after 8 p.m. and came upon a slower vehicle ahead in the right lane.
He attempted to change lanes and collided with a vehicle in the left lane operated by 44-year old Chasity Hampton of Russellville, causing her to spin and strike a retaining wall.
Granger went into the median and rolled multiple times before coming to rest upright. Granger had to be extricated and he and two passengers were taken by EMS to Logan Memorial Hospital for treatment of injuries.
