Kentucky State Police is investigating the fatal shooting of a Dawson Springs teen.
Troopers were called to Hosick Avenue in Dawson Springs about 1:20 a.m. Tuesday and determined that 16-year old Dakota Carter of Dawson Springs had been shot. He later died at Vanderbilt University Medical Center, according to a news release.
KSP say foul play is suspected and anyone with information should call Post 2 at 1-800-222-5555.
