Industry bringing 79 new jobs to Hopkinsville

A new industry is locating in Hopkinsville and bringing 79 new jobs.

EZ-ACCESS will be starting manufacturing operations at 2230 Pembroke Road in late summer 2021, creating 79 jobs and over $5 million in capital investment, according to South Western Kentucky Economic Development Council Executive Director Carter Hendricks.

It’s an expansion of their existing operations in Washington State, allowing the company to be closer to their locations in Morganfield and Henderson, Kentucky.

Officials say they will also relocate several corporate positions to the new location in Hopkinsville.

EZ-ACCESS, a division of Homecare Products, Inc., manufactures ramps and lifts for wheelchairs and accessibility solutions for individuals with physical limitations.

Judge-Executive Steve Tribble and Mayor Wendell Lynch say they’re excited about EZ-ACCESS choosing Hopkinsville and will be working with them to be sure they’re successful in Christian County.
