Gov. orders flags to half staff for California shooting victims

Governor Andy Beshear has ordered flags to be flown at half-staff at state office buildings in honor of the nine people killed in a mass shooting at a rail yard in San Jose, California.

The governor’s office says in accordance with a proclamation from the White House, Gov. Beshear has directed that flags at all state office buildings be lowered to half-staff until sunset on Sunday.
