The Cincinnati Reds held off a ninth-inning rally by the Washington Nationals to escape with a 2-1 victory in D.C. Reds hitters had a tough time against Nationals’ ace Max Scherzer but managed to get two runs thanks to solo homers from Kyle Farmer and Eugenio Suarez.
