Kentucky reports 426 new COVID cases

Governor Andy Beshear’s office on Saturday reported 426 new cases of COVID-19 in Kentucky.

The positivity rate was up slightly to 2.63 percent and the governor also reported seven more deaths—five new and two identified in the ongoing audit of the state reporting system.

There are 357 Kentuckians hospitalized with the virus, 102 in the ICU and 50 on a ventilator.

Trigg and Christian County are yellow on the incidence rate map and Todd remains orange.
