CCHS students sweep congressional art contest

Students at Christian County High School swept first and second place in Congressman James Comer’s Congressional Art Competition.

Kaitlyn McKay’s composition titled ‘Derby Horse’ will hang in the U.S. Capitol as she finished in first place.

Anna Maddux, also of Christian County High School, came in second place with her sketch titled ‘The Friendly Miner,” and it will hang in Congressman Comer’s Washington, D.C. office.
