Warren East scored 11 times in its first two at bats and went on to down Christian County 15-5 in 6 innings. Carter Sholar provided the bright spot for the Colonels at the plate, going 3-3 with a double and three RBI. Houston George took the pitching loss for Christian County, now 6-16 on the season.
Hopkinsville was its own worst enemy in a 6-3 loss to Bowling Green, committing six errors. Landon Snyder had two of the Tigers seven hits, while Preston Chadouin took the pitching loss. Hopkinsville is now 14-8 on the season and hosts Fort Campbell today.
