Clarksville police have made an arrest following a homicide at the Salvation Army on Kraft Street.
Sgt. Charles Gill says the victim and Corey Allen of Sevierville were both staying at the Salvation Army when Allen allegedly killed the individual, whose name has not been released.
Police say Allen is a transient with no known ties to the Clarksville area.
