Woman served with robbery warrant

An arrest warrant for robbery was served Sunday against a Hopkinsville woman.

It alleges that on February 28, 35-year old Tabitha Crossley of Hopkinsville struggled with an 81-year old man at a local car wash in an attempt to remove his wallet from his pocket after he told her he wouldn’t give her any cash.

Crossley and the victim were previously acquainted and the warrant says she was able to take the wallet and cash.

Crossley was lodged in the Christian County Jail and charged with second-degree robbery.
