MLB: Reds swept by Cardinals / Sunday’s Scores

Jack Flaherty fired seven innings of one-run ball as the St. Louis Cardinals beat the Cincinnati Reds 5-2 to sweep the weekend series in St. Louis. Flaherty moved to 4-0 on the season. Tyler O’Neill hit a pair of solo home runs, while Paul Goldschmidt drove in two for the Redbirds. Jesse Winker went deep for Cincinnati, which dropped its seventh straight. Luis Castillo fell to 1-2 with the loss. The Reds open a series tonight at the Los Angeles Dodgers, with pregame at 8:40 on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
