Gov. reports 489 new COVID cases Saturday

Governor Andy Beshear reported 489 new cases of COVID-19 in Kentucky Saturday.

The positivity rate fell again to 3.21 percent, 404 Kentuckians are in the hospital with the virus, 102 are in the ICU and 45 are on a ventilator.

He also noted 33 more deaths—22 recent and 11 identified in the ongoing audit of the state reporting system.

Christian and Todd remain orange on the state incidence rate map, while Trigg County has improved again to yellow.
