The Cincinnati Reds lost the first two games of a three-game series with the Arizona Diamondbacks, 5-4 and 8-5 on Wednesday. The Reds’ first loss came in the conclusion of a game postponed in the eighth inning on Tuesday by bad weather. In the nightcap, the Diamondbacks tied the game in the ninth and then scored five runs in the tenth as the Reds’ two-run rally in the bottom of the inning fell short. Cincinnati and Arizona will wrap up their series this afternoon with a matinee game with pregame at 11:05 am on News Radio 95.3 FM/1230 AM WHOP.
