Hopkinsville’s Movies in the Park series kicks off Friday night with Star Wars: The Force Awakens.
Parks and Recreation Superintendent Tab Brockman says it will be at 7:30 p.m. at Tie Breaker Park on the Bypass and you can stay in your vehicle or watch outdoors.
There will be one movie each month and all-time biggest box office hits will be featured.
Brockman says he expects to release information on the opening of the Tie Breaker Family Aquatic Center this week and the headliner for this year’s Summer Salute concert will also be announced soon.
