Chrisitan County High School introduced Hopkinsville native Rick Gehres as its new head football coach Monday afternoon. Gehres played at Hopkinsville High, graduating in 2000. He played collegiately at Campbellsville University and after serving as an assistant coach at Hopkinsville, he had spent the last 15 years as an assistant coach at Campbellsville. He was named the Tigers offensive coordinator in 2012. WHOP Sports Director and Colonel football play by play voice Todd Hamilton spoke with Gehres following his news conference:
