A four-county pursuit ended in Christian County Saturday morning with an arrest.
Kentucky State Police attempted to stop 57-year old Kathleen Kummant of St. Louis for traveling at a high rate of speed near the 52 mile-marker of I-24 in Lyon County and a news release says she kept heading east.
She traveled through Lyon, Caldwell and Trigg counties before a spike strip was utilized to attempt to deflate her tires near the 83 mile-marker.
She continued driving and another device was deployed by the Christian County Sheriff’s Office about a mile to the east.
Kummant soon pulled over after that and was arrested on charges of first-degree wanton endangerment, fleeing or evading police, reckless driving and speeding.
