Gov reports 599 new COVID cases in Kentucky Saturday

There were 599 new confirmed cases of COVID-19 Saturday in Kentucky and a positivity rate that dropped slightly to 3.42 percent.

Hospitalizations also dropped slightly to 413, but ICU admissions were up to 105 and the numver of patients on a ventilator was up to 45.

There were also three new deaths and 10 found in the ongoing audit of the state reporting system, bringing the total to 6,330.

Christian and Todd County remain orange on the incidence rate map and are bordering on red, while Trigg has fallen back to yellow.
