Novelis in Guthrie has continued to ramp up production and they are one of several industries in the region looking to hire new employees.
South West Kentucky Economic Development Council Executive Director Carter Hendricks appeared Friday morning on WHOP and says Novelis has exceeded the workforce they thought they’d need and hiring continues.
He recently toured the plant near the intersection of US 79 and Old Railroad Lane in Guthrie and says log onto the Novelis website if you want to apply for one of their open positions.
Hendricks says Novelis certainly isn’t the only local industry that’s hiring.
